Billing questions
What counts as an order?
Any order imported from a channel or created by hand in a calendar month. Split orders count once.
What if I go over my allowance?
Nothing stops. We email you at 80% and 100% of your allowance, and you can move up a plan whenever suits you.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, any month. Upgrades apply straight away; downgrades apply from your next billing date.
Do you charge for users?
No per-seat fees. Each plan includes the users shown, and you can add more on request.
