Questions sellers ask first

Do you take a percentage of sales?

No. Plans are a flat monthly price with an order allowance. If you grow past it, we tell you at 80% and you can move plan any month.

Which couriers can I use?

Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, Parcelforce, DHL Parcel UK, UPS, FedEx and Yodel, on your own courier accounts and rates.

Can each company have its own sign-in page?

Yes. Every company gets its own address, such as yourcompany.clouddespatch.com, with its logo, colours and chosen sign-in methods.

What is a despatch code?

A short code printed on every label, made from the courier service, postcode and despatch date. Packers use it to sort parcels into the right courier cage.

Do I need special hardware?

No. Any 4×6 thermal printer or A4 printer works for labels, and any USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner works for pick and pack.
