The rules

• Marketplace buyer data is removed 30 days after shipment. Names, emails, phone numbers and street addresses go. Order lines, totals, tracking and the first half of the postcode stay for reporting.
• Logs are kept for 12 months, then deleted. That covers activity, API requests, webhook deliveries and the audit log.
• No marketing to marketplace buyers. Their orders can’t be exported for marketing, and their data isn’t used for anything except fulfilling the order.
